I wanted the original so bad. It's such a shame that I knew this artist this late. So I had to buy the print but still I love the atmosphere that this painting gives me. Plus my daughter loves ducks and she's in love with this painting.

When I say “First Flowers” it reminded me so much of my daughter I just had to have it! It brings back all the emotions of watching her run around in the yard when she was little.
It arrived earlier than expected and was very well packaged. The painting was even more beautiful than I imagined!! The little shimmers of gold leaf in the hair, details in the flowers and overall quality was amazing. I love the color story and use of palette knife to give it extra texture. It truly a piece of fine art which I proudly display in our center hall, not only so I can admire it every day, but to be the first thing our guest see when they walk in!
