There’s a stillness in the morning air that can’t compare for me, no matter how beautiful a sunset can be. However, as I’ve been taking my little ones to the park to play until the day is fading and the golden light is all around us, (That’s usually my signal if I wasn’t watching the time to head home,) I take a moment and pause to look around to try to see God’s wonders in the beautiful painted sky. I’ve had the pleasure of taking in a lot of golden sunsets this summer alongside my kids, and as the day is ending, I recognize so is this precious time in my children’s lives, and mine… They are growing up so fast, I want to hold onto these moments just a little longer, and yet, I know there’s still a sunrise to look forward to and it’s making me enjoy these sunsets more and more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs the season is changing and we reflect, I invite you to pause and be present in the moment you are in. There is beauty all around us. Every morning and every evening it looks as though the skies are painted just for us to see. If we slow down enough to notice… This painting is a reminder of this. Every day begins and every day ends, just as chapters of our lives come and go.
